The matters of INCE Group published today on April 12th 2023 are also completely new to us as an independent German law firm which is meanwhile separated from INCE Group.
INCE Germany Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft was (for compliance reasons) never an INCE Group company. It was from the beginning a contractual cooperation partner of INCE Group only, which used the name INCE by way of license agreement.
The contractual license agreement between INCE Germany Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft and INCE Group was terminated with effect from March 31st, 2023.
Following our termination of the cooperation with INCE GROUP, INCE Germany Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft was renamed on April 1st, 2023, to ANCON BLUE LAW. This was registered in companies house of Hamburg.
Our law firm is and our continuing services are not affected in any way by the matters of INCE GROUP.
We very much regret what may happen to INCE and we very much hope that INCE will find a solution, because we can´t imagine that such a great firm will disapear.
